Motama Villa was a wonderful base for our family vacation. Upon arrival, the tranquility of the villa was a refreshing change from our week in Kuta and Seminyak. The staff greeted us warmly, even with a handwritten welcome letter, which set a friendly tone. The villa itself was spacious-my children loved having their own bedrooms on the two floors, where they could have their freedom while I enjoyed some quiet time upstairs. The pool was safe for them to splash around, and the cleanliness throughout was impressive, right down to the adorable details like folded toilet paper. Another highlight was the hassle-free room service and seamless communication with the staff via WhatsApp. Their complimentary shuttle service made it easy to explore Ubud.
